Arizona weather can change quickly — the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather in Arizona, wait a minute!" Wind is the biggest factor for kayaking; choppy conditions make paddling more difficult and potentially unsafe. Our guides monitor forecasts closely before every tour. Our guides keep track of the weather and may make an inclement weather call prior to your trip. Any tour a guide cancels due to unsafe weather will receive a full-refund. Lake Powell Adventure Co. offers five experiences: the Antelope Canyon Kayak Tour (4-hour guided kayak and hike), the Antelope Canyon Boat and Photo Tour (2-hour motorboat tour), the Island Tour (4-hour family-friendly kayak tour), the Uplake Slot Canyon Adventure (5-6 hours), and Kayak Rentals. Private and school/group tours are also available.
The Antelope Canyon Kayak Tour is a 4-hour guided kayak experience through the stunning slot canyon walls of Lake Powell. Guests paddle approximately 5 miles round trip through the main channel and into the narrow canyon, followed by a 2-mile hike. This tour is more physically demanding and is best suited for active adults. All equipment is provided.
The Antelope Canyon Boat and Photo Tour is a 2-hour motorboat tour designed for guests who want to experience and photograph the iconic canyon walls of Lake Powell without kayaking. This is a great option for photographers, guests with mobility limitations, or anyone short on time. It's one of our newest offerings and spots fill quickly.
